U87MG cell uptake (a) and inhibition study (b) of ¹⁸FB-PEGHc-RGD ([¹⁸F]8) in U87MG cells. Significant radioactivity accumulation in U87MG cells was observed in the presence of ¹⁸FB-PEGHc-RGD ([¹⁸F]8). Inhibition study using nonradiolabelled c(RGDyK) showed 52% reduction in cell uptake. Data are expressed as mean ± SD from quadruplicate samples.
