(a) Distribution of  68Ga-PSMA-11 in nude mice bearing PC-3, CWR22Rv1, and LNCaP xenografts 1 h after the intravenous injection. The mice bearing LNCaP xenografts with preinjection of 2.5 μg (low dose) or 250 g (high dose) of 2-PMPA were used as blocking groups (10 min before radiotracer administration).
