The effects of contrast media on apoptosis-related proteins in HUVECs. HUVECs were treated with 20 vol% of iodixanol or iohexol for 4 h and expression of Bcl-2 (a), Bax (b), caspase 3, and cleaved caspase-3 (c) was measured by Western blotting.
