Assessment of Intratumoral Doxorubicin Penetration after Mild Hyperthermia-Mediated Release from Thermosensitive Liposomes

<div>Real-time monitoring of doxorubicin penetration in the tissue microenvironment after TSL intravascular release (a, c, e, g). Red channel with AngioSense<sup>TM</sup> (blood-pool labeling) showed that the acquisition was performed in a steady FOV and that the vessels were functional (b, d, f, h, i). The green channel shows DOX fluorescence signal enhancement after the bolus injection of TSL.</div>
