MiR-182A-3p directly binds to TGF1B. (a and b) and (c and d) show the relative levels of miR-182A-3p and TGF1B protein in ovarian carcinoma tumor and its surrounding tissues, respectively, as shown by luciferase assay ( vs. NC mimic) and reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), respectively ( vs. NC mimic). The mean standard deviation (SD) was calculated based on the average of three tests.
