QKI-7 was highly expressed in patients with diabetes and atherosclerosis.  < 0.05, taking the normal patient group as the control. From clinical blood samples of normal patients, diabetic patients, and diabetic patients with atherosclerosis, the expression level of QKI-7 was detected by RT-qPCR (a) and the ELISA (b) assay to detect the secretory expression level of endothelial cell dysfunction markers E-selection, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 in blood samples.
