QKI-7 overexpression increased the expression levels of inflammatory factors of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IFN-γ. < 0.05, with the untreated group as the control. The overexpression of QKI-7 in endothelial cells induced by human pluripotent stem cells significantly increased the transcription level (a) and translation level (b) of the cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, and IFN-γ. ELISA results showed that the extracellular secretion level of PGI2 rose noticeably (c).
