HIF-1α was identified as a target miR-155 gene as follows. (a) Sequence alignment of binding site between HIF-1α and miR-155. (b) The experiments of the dual-luciferase reporter gene detected the fluorescence activity of HIF-1α-wt/mut under the treatment of miR-155/NC mimics, against a mimic group of HIF-1α-wt + NC. (c) Western blot measured the protein expression of HIF-1α level.
