The effect of increasing 𝐾 (mm²/s/mm Hg) on AGF concentrations (inset) and angiogenic activity for fixed 𝐿_𝑝=1.86×10⁻⁵ mm/s/mm Hg and 𝑝_𝑒=10.9 mm Hg. This simultaneously decreases 𝛼_𝑡 and increases 𝐾_𝑗 leading to altered IFP and elevated convective transport.
