How the Interval between Prime and Boost Injection Affects the Immune Response in a Computational Model of the Immune System

When the boost is given in the first month after the prime, our measure of the efficiency of the boost, Δ 𝑎 𝑏 ( 𝛿 𝑡 ) , is quite low whereas it increases when the second dose is given 45 to 90 days after the prime.
