The blue line indicates perfect agreement between the algorithm and the reference standard, in which case all points would fall exactly on the line of agreement. The red line is the line of the best fit determined by linear least squares regression analysis and shows that the algorithm tends to slightly overestimate density compared to the reference standard for lower densities and slightly underestimate density compared to the reference standard for higher densities.
