The SK-N-SH neuroblastoma spheroid model with default (control) parameters given in Tables 1 and 4. Total spheroid size is graphed, along with the data from Carlsson et al. [1]. The proliferating compartment is also graphed. Note that day 0 corresponds to the initial conditions given as day 2 in the data; similarly day 29 in the image corresponds to day 31 in the data set taken from [1]. Note that priority was given to getting a good fit for both and at the final data point, with some sacrifice of accuracy at intermediate points. Table 4 gives numerical data and model prediction for the last time data.
