The maximal eigenvalue of the network in each period where the network matrix is constant. There is from time 0 to less than 400 because neurons are isolated, and then it means that there is no spanning tree in the network. From time 400 to 3000, there is a spanning tree in the network because the neurons are connected, and so the largest eigenvalue is calculated. It is essential to see that from time 400 to 3000, the largest eigenvalue is always negative.
