Network Pharmacology, Molecular Docking, and Molecular Dynamic-Based Investigation on the Mechanism of Compound Chrysanthemum in the Treatment of Asthenopia

<div>Effect of EEC on (a) the ratio of the pupil diameter to the eyelid diameter in SD rat and (b) NO in the rat ciliary muscle. In this in vivo model, the rats were irradiated with incandescent lamp (100 w) for 15 min. CCE was administered with low dose, medium dose, and high dose for three days before irradiation with incandescent lamp. Intracellular NO levels were measured by the Griess agent.
