miR-641 inhibits the proliferation and promotes apoptosis of breast cancer cells. (a) Detection of transfection efficiency of miR-641 mimics in MDA-MB-231 and MCF7 cells; miR-641 expression was detected by real-time PCR; (b) Green fluorescent in MDA-MB-231 and MCF7 cells under a fluorescence microscope; (c–e) the proliferation abilities of transfected cells were detected by CCK-8 assay, EdU incorporation assay, and colony formation assay; (f) the protein levels of PCNA and Ki67 were measured by western blot; (g) apoptosis detection was performed using flow cytometry; (h) the protein levels of Bax, Bcl-2, caspase-3, and caspase-9 were measured by western blot. vs. NC mimics.
