T staging

T1
The structure of the first to third layer is fuzzy, thickened, irregular, or defective, and the structure of the fourth layer is intact.
T2
The structure of the gastric wall disappears from the first to the fourth layer with a low echo, or the structure of the gastric wall is interrupted in the third layer with irregular thickening in the fourth layer. The outer hyperechoic zone is structurally intact.
T3
The whole structure of the gastric wall disappears, and the outer hyperechoic zone is incomplete.
T4
Hypoechoic lesions break through the outer hyperechoic zone and are closely related to adjacent organs.
