[Retracted] Renoprotective Effect of Intraoperative Dexmedetomidine in Renal Transplantation

Dexmedetomidine affects KIM-1 level in urine after reperfusion. KIM-1 was detected at 0 h (first urine produced after reperfusion), 2 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and 144 h after reperfusion. compared between two groups, # vs. 0 h in Dex group, and & vs. 0 h in Con group. KIM-1: kidney injury marker-1; Dex: group administrated with dexmedetomidine; Con: control group received saline.
