The medical images of the same OS patient with Figure 1 after 2 cycles of NAC and femoral metaphysis surgery. The volume of the OS decreased compared with pre-NAC on CT imaging (A) (arrow). The OS was hypointense on T1WI with fat suppression (FS) (B) (arrow) and T1WI without FS (C). The lesion showed hyperintensity on T2WI (D) and DWI (E), and the margin of OS was relatively well-defined.
