In the SIR model, the infection rate is 0.10, the recovery rate is 0.02, and the basic reproduction number is 5. All the results are the average of 100 times independent runs. It is worth noting that the size of GCC of the Power Grid network is only 54 after removing 10% of links by HPI-Ncut algorithm.
