Utilities of manipulation and nonmanipulation students under different manipulation-seeking ratios ρ under two-stage of RIM. The utility of manipulation students is always larger than that of nonmanipulation students for different values; hence, the steady state is that all students are willing to conduct coordinating manipulation.
