Evolving ECG aspect: (a) spontaneous sinus rhythm with first-degree AV block and right bundle branch block, (b) early postimplant with dual-chamber pacing, (c) dual-chamber pacing with ST segment elevation in inferior and anterior leads, (d) spontaneous rhythm with PM inhibited and ST segment elevation in inferior and anterior leads, and (e) dual-chamber pacing at discharge with evolving repolarization abnormalities.
