Acute Pericarditis Occurring Three Days after Intravesical Instillation of Mitomycin C after Transurethral Bladder Tumor Resection in a 64-Year-Old Woman

<div>12-lead electrocardiogram obtained on arrival of the patient to the emergency department 3 days after undergoing TURBT with intravesical mitomycin C instillation showing diffuse concave ST elevations with PR depressions in all leads, except in aVR which showed ST depression and PR elevation.</div>
