Solely MRI-Guided Cardiac Catheterization for Assessment of Pulmonary Hypertension in a Pregnant Lady with Undiagnosed Congenital Heart Disease

At the end of the right heart catheterization, the CO2-filled balloon was left inflated and the wedge catheter was left in the main pulmonary artery for simultaneous pressure measurement whilst the pulmonary flow was obtained with the phase contrast flow sequence.
