Salvaging the Lost Pink Triangle: A Case Series of Papilla Reconstruction

(a) Preoperative condition of the papilla between 11 and 21 with triangular-shaped teeth, (b) intraoperative periapical radiograph showing more than 5 mm of vertical distance between the contact point and the bone crest, (c) interproximal and vertical incisions starting at the base of the papilla and connected by horizontal incision, (d) split thickness flap is reflected and rolled partially over to fill the black triangle area and sutured over composite stops, (e) 10 days after operative procedure, (f) 2 months after procedure, and (g) 2.5 years after procedure.
