1 is the first day of admission at our hospital. level was 1.1 mcg/dL at 8 am before stimulation. It was 5.2 mcg/dL and 11.6 mcg/dL after 30 minutes and 60 minutes of cosyntropin injection, respectively. patient was told to skip the last two doses of steroid before this measurement.
