Cavitated Conglomerate Mass in Silicosis Indicating Associated Tuberculosis

Note that the left conglomerate mass presented with a cavitation (arrows). Areas of emphysema and an enlargement of the pulmonary artery trunk are seen. Mediastinal windows ((b) and (d)) also show calcifications in the hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes. Foci of calcification are present in the conglomerate masses.
