Grade II—moderate
Intramuscular, dissects along adjacent fascia, may involve bilateral rectus muscles but without extension into the prevesical space
Anticoagulation reversal
Grade III—severe
Dissects along the fascia and extends into the peritoneum and the prevesical space.
