Proposed algorithm for the management of cancer patients with adrenal incidentaloma. An adrenal CT washout is a triphasic adrenal CT used for determining whether an adrenal lesion is an adenoma. It is based on the fact that adenomas (regardless of lipid content) show pathognomonic rapid enhancement and corresponding rapid washout following contrast medium administration.
