Diversification of Antitumour Immunity in a Patient with Metastatic Melanoma Treated with Ipilimumab and an IDO-Silenced Dendritic Cell Vaccine

Protein extracts prepared from melanoma cell lines were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE (50 μg/lane), transferred to nitrocellulose, and then incubated with patient serum (P) obtained at week 28 after immunisation. Immunoreactive proteins were detected using HRP-conjugated anti-human IgG. As a control, a serum from a normal donor (N) was used. Reactive proteins are indicated by the arrows.
