An Exceptional Case of Intraparotid Plexiform Neurofibroma Originating from Autonomic Fibers of the Auriculotemporal Nerve

The multinodular lesion exhibits a target-like appearance due to a peripheral zone of higher intensity. Note the enlarged jugular and spinal accessory lymph nodes.
