Thrombosed Large Distal Posterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery Aneurysm Mimicking an Infratentorial Ependymoma

Further dissection revealed a large aneurysm of the left distal PICA telovelotonsillary segment ((b), (c); blue arrowhead, PICA).
