A Case of Intrathoracic Gastric Duplication Cyst Detected on Prenatal Ultrasound Examination

Histologic examination shows an inner lining of gastric mucosa and an outer smooth muscle coat (left panel), leading to the diagnosis of the mediastinal gastric duplication cyst.</div>
