(b) Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan showed a large 19 × 17 × 8.3 cm smooth, circumscribed homogeneous solid mass in the left upper quadrant (arrowed), which was seen to displace the gravid uterine fundus to the left of the midline (dotted arrow), without mural invasion.
