Findings of diffuse and permeative abnormal hypermetabolic activity throughout the cavity corresponding to thickening and caking of the omentum and small pelvic free fluid. Hypermetabolic activity corresponding to multiple low attenuating liver lesions and retrosternal iliac chain nodes suspicious for malignancy.
