On sagittal slices, multiple mixed type (blastic/lytic) metastatic lesions affecting axial skeleton. (b, e) Images obtained 7 months later showed marked decrease on metabolic activity on both pulmonary and skeletal lesions. (c, f) Images obtained 11 months from first study demonstrate the absence of metabolic activity on both primary site and spinal lesion.
