Prolonged Treatment Response to Pembrolizumab in a Patient with Pretreated Metastatic Colon Cancer and Lynch Syndrome

The black arrow in panel (a) indicates a large retroperitoneal lymph node conglomerate which compressed the inferior vena cava, encased the aorta, and invaded the left renal vein. The lymph node conglomerate has since been reduced to small dense calcifications as seen in panel (b).
