Case 2: left eye at 6-month follow-up. (a) Left eye fundus indicated a significant regression of the initial lesions with also resorption of hemorrhages and retinal cotton wools. (b) Late-phase FA showed decreased papillary diffusion with a remaining mild vasculitis on the posterior pole. (c) On ICGA, the hypocyanescent lesions are still present but decreased in size.
