Arrow on the lateral view of the right knee (b) indicates the defect of anterior cortex. Lateral view of the left knee (c) showed displaced distal femur. Coronal (d), sagittal (e), and axial (f) CT images of the right knee revealed the large cavity at the fracture site. Postoperative anteroposterior standing radiograph (g) demonstrated restored mechanical axis. Lateral view of the right knee (h) and the left knee (i) showed accurately placed prosthesis.
