Two anchors were placed near the articular surface of the glenoid (depicted in white), and one was placed in the scapula below the fragment (depicted in black). The fragment was fixed in place by connecting the suture (depicted in red) from both anchors close to the articular surface of the glenoid to the anchor below the fragment.
