A Rare Presentation of Retiform Hemangioendothelioma in the External Auditory Canal

The same section under high magnification shows classical hobnail type of endothelial cells projecting into the lumen of the vascular channels (magnification ×40, window). (b) Immunohistochemical staining of sectioned tumor indicates that the tumor cells are positive for CD34 (magnification ×10, ×40 (top right window)) and occasionally positive stain for Ki-67 (c).
