Facial Nerve Schwannoma of Parotid Gland: Difficulties in Diagnosis and Management

<div>(a) In axial T2 FS magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) a homogeneous hyperintense lesion was seen in superficial and deep lobes of the left parotid gland. (b) In contrasted axial T1 sections a heterogeneous dense enhancement was seen in the center of the mass.</div>
