The earliest activation is depicted in red with concentric spread depicted by colors of yellow, green, blue, and magenta (arrows). An early focus was encountered at the 10 o’clock position of the tricuspid annulus (light blue marker), where a radiofrequency lesion was placed, terminating the tachycardia (red marker). A consolidation lesion was also placed at this site (red marker).
