𝑇 -Maps and plot denoting BOLD response. Response to music, agnostic to valence (preferred and neutral versus silence), changed after treatment in the subgenual cingulate (−3 35 −20). BOLD response was deactivated for music conditions, relative silence, before treatment. At posttreatment, this region showed little distinction between music and silence, evidencing an overall reduction in activity.
