[15O]H2O positron emission tomography (PET) of Case B. It showed decreased perfusion in the bilateral parietal area and inferior temporal area. Mild decreased perfusion is also observed in the posterior cingulate cortex. These findings suggested comorbid Alzheimer’s disease.
