(b) PA chest radiograph demonstrates a right chest wall port with its catheter tip at the cavoatrial junction. (c) Coronal T1 MR venous phase postcontrast image demonstrates a linear hypoenhancing structure along the medial lower SVC wall abutting the distal catheter. This finding was compatible with catheter related bland thrombus.
