Atypical Growth Pattern of an Intraparenchymal Meningioma

MR images from the same patient as shown in Figure 1. The mass was isointense on T1WI and slightly hyperintense on T2WI. Contrast-enhancement T1WI images showed prominent homogeneous enhancement. The tumor was buried in the cortical sulci without any dural attachment.
