<div>Microscopy showed cuboidal epithelium lined tumor filled with eosinophilic proteinaceous material. Intervening septae showed fibrosis and dense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate admixed with eosinophils and neutrophils. Microscopic picture of BMPM.</div>
