A Case of Ruptured Aortic Arch Aneurysm Successfully Treated by Thoracic Endovascular Aneurysm Repair with Chimney Graft

(a) After an indwelling chimney graft was placed from the brachiocephalic artery into the ascending aorta, an indwelling C-TAG was placed from the ascending aorta into the distal aortic arch. (b) After an indwelling C-TAG was placed, the left subclavian artery was coil-embolized. The findings confirmed that endoleaks from the left subclavian artery were fully controlled.
