<div>Computed tomography of the abdomen and pelvis with IV and PO contrast demonstrated diffuse dilation and fluid filling in the small bowel to the level of the ileocolic anastomosis out of proportion to the large bowel gas concerning for low-grade small bowel obstruction versus postoperative ileus.</div>
