A Rare Case of an Early Postoperative Obstructive Ileus in a Young Female Patient due to a Residual Trichobezoar Mass

The larger of these within the body of stomach measures approximately 100 × 50 mm (appears pedunculated) and the smaller of these in the gastric fundus measures 40 mm.
